Esperanza is such a delight. So very helpful when I have questions about the machines or if I’m needing assistance getting change. Esperanza has been so very warm and welcoming to me every time I come here, & anytime I see her here.
About West 11th Laundromat
West 11th Laundromat is a no-frills laundry spot with clean machines and a convenient location. The place is clean and well organized, with a reputation for having the cleanest machines in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. They don’t restrict what kind of soap you can use and it is attended so if you have any issues there’s someone on site to help out. There are a variety of sizes of commercial washing machines and dryers, which are really good machines and clean clothes very well in only 30 minutes. The place has a restroom for customers. Absolutely fantastic place to do your laundry.

Nice people, convenient. Can use anything you need to in washer and dryer, as far as soaps and softners , even those beads for making your laundry smell nice. You may also use debit card 👍
