With the help of Paul and Margaret I was able to purchase my dream home. It was not an easy deal, however they overcame every hurdle along the way. They were readily available and were in constant communication throughout the process to clearly explain to me what was needed from me and where I was at in the deal. I could not recommend a pair of people more highly then these two to guide you through the home buying process. Even after closing they have followed up to check in on me and make sure that if I needed anything to contact them. I can’t go so far as to say the Devin and Brad at Welcome Home Loans made the mortgage preparation work for closing fun, but they certainly made it a more pleasant experience than I’ve had before. They are not only professional and top of the game, especially in working with the pesky underwriters, but they are also quite pleasant, calm and reassuring. And they maintained that demeanor through the entire and sometimes difficult process. I would highly recommend Welcome Home Loans for anyone seeking a broker pre-approval and mortgage.
