I worked with Paul and Margaret to buy a house here in Eugene. I met with Paul to go over everything and it was extremely easy. When I was ready to buy, I was able to email them & use drop box and docu-sign to get everything squared away, as I work a crazy work schedule. The entire process was easy and painless, and now I have a beautiful house. I was never pressured into anything and I felt like I was getting a good rate for the time (war in Iran). I would highly recommend them for your home buying needs!

With the help of Paul and Margaret I was able to purchase my dream home. It was not an easy deal, however they overcame every hurdle along the way. They were readily available and were in constant communication throughout the process to clearly explain to me what was needed from me and where I was at in the deal.
