“I always take my pups and kitties to this hospital, including after going to other vets in the past. They are always there for us, providing the best wrap-around care. All of the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate people; intelligent, well-educated and unafraid to turn to other staff for input when they wonder about something. Over the years, they have helped us through baby times, all the times in between, and times when we had to say good-bye to our precious friends. AND they've helped us through a couple emergencies, like yesterday, when I screwed up and somehow left fudge where my pups could reach it. When I realized we were in over my head, I called and was told to bring the pup in whom I knew needed help. We arrived as quickly as possible, although we live 25 miles away. We were met in the parking lot by Ashley, who immediately took the one pup from the car. She got him quickly into the clinic for treatment. He was more than happy to be going inside with her, as he loves his vet visits! Dr. Blystone appeared in a few minutes, while I waited in the car with my other pup who was complaining about being left outside! Dr. Blystone told me what she was doing and that my pup was OK. She was very comforting and kind. Today, our precious pup is tired, but he's with us! I cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this Bush team. They have been our support for over 20 years, always providing positive and top notch care. They communicate beautifully, listening as well as they give feedback and educate me when I have questions. I can expect immediate support when I am afraid for my furries, and I can count on loving and compassionate care being given. The pups love going to see their doctors! .....any of them. They are the very best. PS My neighbor was listening to the phone call I made to them yesterday when I knew we needed help. She was AMAZED at their immediate and kind response to our need. And the stayed late to help us..... Precious care givers. Simply the best.“

“We recently had Dr. Henery come visit our sweet senior cat whose health was rapidly declining and our previous vet's office was of no help. Dr. Henery and her assistant were wonderful!! She was thorough, compassionate and promptly followed up to check on my cat. I really appreciated how down to earth she was, and most importantly checked all the boxes to make sure our kitty was going to be on the road to recovery.“

“I was from out of town traveling with my two dogs one of them was not doing well and couldn't use her back leg when I called for an appointment they got me an appointment with Dr Lahm I absolutely loved him he was great with Daisy and she had no problems with him she seemed very comfortable letting him check her he told me what she needed and gave me options never pushing anything that she didn't need like some Vets iv been to. This whole time I have been avoiding taking him in for his vaccines because I don’t want to get price gouged by a traditional vet. My past experiences with vets I always feel like they’re in it just for the money- they never seem to actually love what they do. I honestly cannot say that about Good Neighbor Vet clinic! These people are truly awesome! They and very knowledgeable and compassionate and have OUTSTANDING customer service. It seems like they actually care about our pets and enjoy helping them. “Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.“

“I love this clinic. Scheduling appointments online is easy. They are open 7 days a week and have many appointments available. Office staff, assistants and Veterinarians are all so professional, pleasant, helpful etc. The staff clearly are happy at work because there is a cohesion and cheerfulness which is noticeable and appreciated. When I need something outside the appointment to be sent to me I get it quickly. I’d give this clinic the highest rating.“

“We've been seeing Dr. Brian Zulauf at Santa Clara Animal Hospital for years with our previous dog and with our 3 year old Maltipoo, and when he recently announced he was moving away I thought we'd never find another vet as good as him. I made an appointment with Dr. Barbara Brasted-Maki for our pup's annual wellness exam. What a pleasure it was to meet Dr. Barbara. She was very thorough and compassionate with the exam and I will continue to see her at Santa Clara Animal Hospital, hopefully for years to come.“

I want to thank The Ark, and specifically Dr. Cordes and Kerrie (vet tech) for taking my pup, Navi, at such short notice when she was having tummy issues and eye issues. My partner and I were so scared for her and they both helped ease the anxiety and fear we had. Dr. Cordes explained things so thoroughly and had such a calm demeanor while Kerrie was right there to help keep Navi calm in the room. They both worked as a team and provided us with all the information, education, and medication needed to help Navi get better. We thank you so so so much for your speedy service. Navi is doing well today and she'll be a 1 year on 6/7!“

“Dr. Teri Sue is fabulous. She gave me the worst possible news - that my cat's life was hanging by a thread - but never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to. I love that she energetically checked in with my cat first, and was slow in her approach which made my kitty very comfortable and trusting. She was generous with her time with me as my cat was close to the end, supporting me as well. She made a nightmare a little more tolerable, certainly better than any other vet I had seen.
