I’ve been using these guys for over 10 years. I’ve only had one complaint in that time and it was an employee they hired for the delta store. This kid was incompetent with no communication skills whatsoever. He mumbled when he spoke, he moved from place to place cartoon slow, he never once asked for my name when dropping off clothes. Terrible employee. I was almost ready to find a new service when he seemed to disappear and they hired a new employee who is the polar opposite of the Ridgemont High kid. Dry cleaning and shirts were cleaned well. But my request to fold shirts was not followed, and all shirts returned on hangars, which caused packing issues. Each shirt had the correct instructions pinned to them, but communication broke down among staff. Will give the business another chance, butI disappointed with my first use of the Cleanery.

These guys are awesome. We live in Roseburg with no local dry cleaners. We went to “The Cleanery” with some clothes for an upcoming wedding. They did what was needed within a half hour. Great staff and a very nice professional owner.
