A heartfelt thank you to Troy for taking the time to precisely diagnose the pest problem so that I can find long-lasting solutions. Three other companies were gung ho to kill the pests to deal with the immediate problem, but didn’t take time to figure out where the pests entered and why. Troy’s inspection was completely different - thorough and careful. He was very knowledgable, patient and kind.

So happy to have found a company where real people answer the phone and take care of my needs promptly. We have been with Swansons for years and I love their attention to detail when taking care of our home and its bug needs. I have used Swanson’s a number of times over a 30 year period. Originally I needed help getting rid of ants in the kitchen ( ! once !). The other service calls were for sugar ants outside but near the house. Once or twice carpenter ants were also found & treated with the ants. All the following years I only had them do a 1 time service & it always worked. Plus they include 2 follow up visits to their one time treatments.They coached me on steps I could take to reduce the ants attraction to “homesteading” inside. ?My last few service calls were handled by Daniel.
