My nephew died unexpectedly in Oregon. I live in South Carolina so all arrangements were made by phone and email. Sinead was very helpful in planning his cremation, called to thank me for using their services, and very compassionate throughout the process.
The care and dignity that was given taking care of my beautiful daughter was amazing. Ms. DE underpromised and overdelivered, my daughter's ashes were ready for me before I left town to return to SC. I cannot say enough good things about my experience I had recently with my dogs cremation. It was late on Friday (12/19) and my sweet Ellie passed away, so we called Sunset Hills to see if we could bring Ellie in since it was after hours. I cannot remember the name of who helped me on Friday, but they were so calm and comforting while I was a complete mess. I was told it could take 10 days to receive her remains and I received them today which was extremely fast.
