Went here to pick up some glasses. Staff were very quick and friendly. They took care of me like if I was coming here for years! (I just discovered them a not too long ago). Nice people.

Staff was great and it was a lovely experience until i had a question about my prescription and couldn't get an answer. You can't speak to anyone if you call, you can only start a text conversation or get a message. Well, someone else's name came up for the text option, and pushing '2' to leave a voicemail did absolutely nothing. It is very frustrating. That is the only problem. Unfortunately for me, it is a big one.

The doctors seem to be competent enough, but that's as far as it goes. Getting glasses properly made and promptly delivered is almost impossible. Do not use these people if you have any choice at all.
