Everyone was very courteos and professional.
I wish it were easier to get in and out the entrance door with a walker, though. It's hard to open the door with just one hand while holding onto a walker while trying to move with it and opening a very heavy door.

I have to confess I was very unsure about my first visit, not knowing what was really wrong with my eyes. But Justin reassured me, every thing will be taken care of.
