Shannon and Hannah at EXP Realty are the best! I had 3 properties to sell in Oregon that were in probate. I live in Washington and had no idea how to go about selling them. I called EXP Realty and Shannon answered the phone promptly. I had a lot of questions and Shannon walked me through them and answered my questions even before I hired her. She helped me get an appraiser for the properties since I didn't live there. All the properties were rented out and Shannon did all the dealings with the tenants even one that was making it difficult to show the property.
