They are usually polite and curious when you are. If you show undue impatience or unruleyness, they try to be tolerant and help you in a business manner. However, if you come unprepared and are over dis-courteous you are not likely to get the help you need. Their answers have to be coming from a legal standpoint. It's the law afterall. So then you end up wasting not only your time but their time and your visit becomes pointless. So the bottom line is help yourself by helping them. Amen!

Sometimes it is hard to get service from OHSD, esp. by phone and I have trouble online, so it was a relief to get help from Sr. and Disability the day I called to renew SNAP. Thank you Haylie for your prompt and cheerful help!
