Sometimes it is hard to get service from OHSD, esp. by phone and I have trouble online, so it was a relief to get help from Sr. and Disability the day I called to renew SNAP. Thank you Haylie for your prompt and cheerful help!

I went here with a friend who had a dire situation, and we were treated with the utmost care and compassion. They expedited the process and we left feeling appreciative for the help .peace of mind.

I had 2 appointments scheduled & 1 went very well. The other however not so good. My significant other & I have been considering getting married after being together 20 yrs. Mainly due to finances once you get older. When I asked if he would lose his medical ins if we did the clerk basically stereotyped my boyfriend & told me not to get married. Also said "we don't work the system like that". Should not be doing this job.
