However, there are areas for improvement. The company is in need of a new location with more space, including larger offices for case managers and separate rooms for the HCW unit and call center. New computers, phone service, and training rooms are also requested for the provision of classes. Additionally, higher pay and better customer service education for workers are suggested. Despite these issues, the business is commended for its compassionate treatment of clients, as demonstrated by a friend who left feeling grateful for the help provided in a dire situation.
I'm thankful that this place helps people. I hope they get a new location and a much larger space is needed. I can't imagine working in an environment where I can hear people talking in the background while talking to someone over the phone. Privacy is really needed. The solution is a new location and a new building. These Managers and workers deserve this so much. I appreciate this company I hope that they hear this and do something about it. I hope Salem can Help the city of Eugene, OR. Request: - Needed more space - New development of a new building - Higher pay for caseworkers - Each Case Manager has his or her own office and space. - Even workload - More education on customer service for workers - New computers and Training rooms needed to provide classes - New phone service - A bigger room for the HCW Unit and higher pay :) - New room for HCW call center :)
