We took our pup here for her first grooming and we are so pleased! She is very anxious and this was her first time getting groomed. The staff were great listeners and showed empathy towards us and our dog. They gave her the exact haircut we asked for and now we can't stop smiling at how cute she looks. I am so glad that I lucked out and found this salon! Being new to the area- it was super overwhelming trying to track down a new place to take my hyperactive German shepherd for a groom. Then I found Send Rover Over! Booking an appointment was easy (and relatively quick with the holidays being around the corner), the prices are SUPER reasonable/affordable, & their staff is absolutely amazing! Specifically McKayla who did a fantastic job with two of my pups who have been in so far! Both of them came home looking so fresh and clean and visibly feeling so much better! Really great grooming services. They don't pack the dogs in crates for hours. It's far less stressful for the dogs. We get our 2 dogs groomed there and are always pleased with the results.
