The electrician was named Stan, he was very professional, courteous and very nice person. He went and got the right plug for me and got me a small extension cord for my freezer that had been wired into the old range plug. Similar to the other review, which I probably should have read first, the actual work was excellent and timely. The quoted amount for the repair (as I understood) was $470. I did not realize they were also charging for the visit to tell me what repair I needed ($248). They said they did some work on the first visit, but I'm unclear what that actually was, even after explanation.) Google says the nationwide average for the repair is about $200. I paid $720. While the woman at the office was kind, they were not willing to adjust the bill. I won't be using them again.

I've had this company do several repairs both on my business building and on my parents house. They were prompt, fair on pricing and definitely know what they're doing. I have nothing but good to say about them.Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair
