I had an alarm go off on my septic system, which I knew nothing about. I called Royal Flush because they did the inspection of my system,or lack there of prior to my home purchase. I called on Monday afternoon and they were swamped, but could send someone the next day. They promptly walked me through the procedure to shut off the alarm and calmed my fears. The next day Antonio Zarate called to let me know he was on his way, right on time. When he got here he immediately got to work. Antonio checked everything, he even called the manufacturers to make sure all was done correctly. He also explained everything about the system and how it works. I recommend anyone that is having plumbing issues to contact Royal Flush. They have this driver and operator that is amazing his name is Steven he is a great worker and a very nice guy. He represents the company he workers for above and beyond the owners of Royal Flush should be extremely Thankful they have such a hard working employee that works for them. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and truly a Gentleman. Thank you Steven ? I came here not knowing much about this service, and left fully confident with my choice to come here. I highly recommend talking with Emily, as she was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
