I had an alarm go off on my septic system, which I knew nothing about. I called Royal Flush because they did the inspection of my system,or lack there of prior to my home purchase. I called on Monday afternoon and they were swamped, but could send someone the next day. They promptly walked me through the procedure to shut off the alarm and calmed my fears. The next day Antonio Zarate called to let me know he was on his way, right on time. When he got here he immediately got to work. Antonio checked everything, he even called the manufacturers to make sure all was done correctly. He also explained everything about the system and how it works. Antonio and Royal Flush went above and beyond to fix the problem. I cannot recommend this company enough, five stars! Thanks again Antonio and Royal Flush you have a customer for life!
I recommend anyone that is having plumbing issues to contact Royal Flush. They have this driver and operator that is amazing his name is Steven he is a great worker and a very nice guy. He represents the company he workers for above and beyond the owners of Royal Flush should be extremely Thankful they have such a hard working employee that works for them.
