The install team at Romanoff was awesome! They were communicative throughout the entire install, kept me in the loop about their progress and did an incredible job installing my new floor! The team was super friendly and helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased!
Excellent experience from beginning through completion. Great communication from schedular, estimator and installer. Expert carpet removal and then floor installation. When I have more flooring projects, no matter who I purchase the flooring from, I will ask for this company and especially the installer.
Excellent experience from beginning to end. Communications with schedulers, estimators and especially installer were fantastic. Called several times or e-mailed to confirm installation schedule and updates. The actual rub removal then installation were done quickly and expertly. Really enjoyed talking with installer
