Ok -Great initial visit. I picked up my new glasses & they neglected to add Transitions shading to the lenses. Since I mentioned numerous times that I use them to garden & asked for exactly the same options as last time (w Transitions); I ASSUMED they would be correct. Nope! Not even an apology & she was the person who prepared my order. In fact, she looked bored. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!BE AWARE - DON'T get help from the YOUNGER staff! I have been w Rainbow for 10 yrs+. The times they've screwed up the orders have always been due to an inexperienced staffer! (Including the mid-range section of trifocals being way off.) Great experience all professional and courteous. Today's visit was probably the most professional eye exam I have ever received. And sales assistant went far beyond the norm to provide me with the glasses I wanted.
