I had a VA sleep apnea review for a disability claim. Dr. Herbert was very understanding and pleasant to talk to. I felt like he was on my side. He had excellent knowledge of my condition, especially since I had been exposed to Agent Orange and the long term effects that often showed up later in a veteran's life.
As a person has been through compensation and pension exams before I was skeptical about QTC however QTC Eugene exceeded my expectations and compassion and personal care. From the front door staff to the doctor on staff I am overall very impressed. The only people who have problems in a C&T exam are the ones who honestly don’t know how to explain how their service connected disability affects their life: Or they’re not honest about what happened supposedly in service. As a prior VBA compensation officer I know when it’s a dubious or misrepresentation of a claim and if the C&P doctor is not representative of the claim.
