Petersen Plumbing has by far the best customer service that I have encountered in a long time. I had an appointment today between 8am-10am, I had someone call me to tell me the plumber was on his way to us, which was a pleasant surprise. Just had these guys out to replace our water heater and cap some unused lines. They did an excellent job, were very kind and helpful in answering any concerns or questions we had, and the price was very fair and affordable. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing work in the future!
