We had a clogged main drain line pipe. Called PPR at around 9pm Friday night and they had a technician out here in less then an hour. Mason was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to locate the blockage and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I would call them again without hesitation.

We had a leak in our main water line — 400 gallons per hour. Christian arrived promptly, brought in a leak detector guy to find the leak, called EWEB to turn the water off, dug up the pipe and patched it, and put it all back together. All for ~$500 and less than two hours of work time. I'm very happy with the outcome, and I'd be happy to hire PPR again.

I had a leaky faucet and shower head issue. I called PPR and the plumber and his apprentice arrived within the hour of my call. They assessed and explained the problem and proceeded to fox it in a very efficient manner. Both the plumber and the apprentice were very polite.I highly recommend this company.
