Dr. Buse (PCP) and Lonnie (acupuncturist) are both caring, sensitive, honest, helpful, and patient. I feel very comfortable with each of them. The office itself seems professional and clean. I highly recommend.

Does not stay true to their callback policy for prescription refills and test results, I will wait weeks at a time when they are supposed to call me back the same day, and at max48 hours if I call past noon. Absolute radio static to my pharmacy for my refill on mental health meds and no live person to talk to

Extremely far out appointment dates, I made an appointment for late May in February/late January(don’t exactly remember) and it got moved to late September because the doc canceled it. I get they have a life but it’s still very frustrating to have my appointment pushed out by four months
