We've used OMG for 24 years. I was really surprised to see all the negative reviews. It seems as though the new system is not working well for lots of people. My husband and I have really never had a problem with OMG. Neither with office staff, nor with the Doctors and nurses. Sometimes we get new CNAs or CMAs, but they have always been pleasant and professional. The Doctor I had for decades retired a few years ago, but we were both told in person and were sent a letter telling us all about what was going to happen. No surprises. My care has always been great. I plan to use OMG for the rest of my life!

Very disappointing to see how the care has diminished over the past 15 years. Artificial intelligence would be more compassionate and encompassing. Have decided I must seek care elsewhere

I saw my NP recently after postponing Dr. visits because of covid. I told the scheduler that I had at least 4 complaints and she made the appointment for me. The appointment started off wrong when the Np told me she didn't have the time to listen to all my problems. I told her I was going to tell her anyway. I feel that a physician works on my behalf and it is my nickel so I should have some control during the appointment. I mentioned something to her that I thought was related to what we were talking about and she immediately said "I don't have time for that" thinking that I was bringing up another problem. Now she was telling me what I could say. I thought she had a superior stingy-time attitude even though she was nice enough and we did go over everything in our 20 minute appointment.
