Musgrove Family Mortuary lives up to their name as a “family” mortuary. The staff, especially Deanna, were kind, compassionate and helped ensure all of our family’s concerns were addressed. The experience, expertise and recommendations of the staff was so helpful during a difficult time. Their guidance was invaluable, their follow-up support appreciated and definitely better than a 5 star recommendation.

In the middle of March, my husband suddenly passed away without warning. My family and I were thrown into territory we had never been before; a nightmare that was achingly real and tragic on so many levels. We worked with the local Funeral Home in regards to his cremation and began to make plans to have him buried at Willamette Valley National Cemetery. Each step of the process soon became a struggle, a series of missteps that began to erode our trust in their competence.
