I echo the sentiments of other reviews -Chandra is fantastic. Customer service above and beyond. My thinning hair started me looking for a topper to help cover the back area. Chandra was very patient as I worked my way to finding that a full wig would work just fine and be the better option. She has many wigs in the store for you to try on and lots of hair color samples to choose from. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for wigs or toppers!

I am excited about the new owner of Merle Norman, Cosmetic Studios at the Oakway mall… Check out her shop, it is elegant! She is predisposed to helping people for their best selves and cosmetic needs! I bought lipstick there. I am so happy. It is luxurious feeling on my lips. I willTry to get pictures of it the next time I go, so that you can see the new cosmetic studio!!

I really liked the personal attention and advice for the colors and products that fit me. Martha in the Roseburg Oregon store always greeted me by my name when walking into her store.
