Speedy cash is worse than a criminal loans harking organization, they draw you in with the thought of fast easy loans ,but once you give your account info your trapped, forced to pay outrageous interest rates before anything comes off the initial loan balance causing you to pay off only interest every month and if the balance (in our case 1000.00) isn't paid by the years end it is taken from your account. Two days before Xmas our bank account was debt with no warning. Merry Christmas kids from Speedy cash , there will be no Christmas this year. When I called to see if maybe there was anything they could do to help us the lady recommended we borrow some more money.

Absolutely amazing service!!! The employee that helped me was very friendly, accommodating for slightly different circumstances... and we were SO glad we went there instead of our usual place. If I EVER need this again, this is where we'll be going. Thank you SOO much for helping us!!!!

Absolutely the worst!! I'd used them a few times in the past couple years. I always paid on time. But I hadn't been in for about 6 months. They refuse to accept official bank statements sent by your bank (B of A). Rather, they want you to go get an unofficial, unbranded print out that anyone could make in MS Word to show your banking info. It's totally unnecessary. First, they skip over this requirement for some old lady that bitched loud enough in their office. I'm standing right behind her. Then the lady behind the counter tells me to 'ignore what I just heard' and that I must go to my bank and get a print out, even though I just handed her my most recent (current month's) Official Bank statement. So really, falsified bank statements made on your home computer, so long as they have today's date, is the preferred proof of an existing bank account. Further, their customer service is horrible. They get these gals in there that don't want to work. Let's be honest, they are making up rules to make you run around town all day because they don't have enough free cash to make additional loans. You are much better off at Payday Express or Ace. They are the best and have much better hours. I'm throwing a party when these Speedy Cash joker's close their doors for good.
