Mike was great! My key fob had fallen out of my pocket and was lost. I had another fob for the car but it was not programmed right and didn't work. I called the dealership and they said they'd have to tow the car to the dealership to work on it. Been there, done that and I didn't want to go through that again. Mike came to where my car was stuck and it only took him about 20 minutes to reprogram my fob. It must be a satisfying job, rescuing damsels in distress. I was on my way in no time.
