I first met Kana in 2013 the body work that she performs has out done her colleagues. I'm a Health and Fitness Specialist certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. Having body work done by Kana has helped me relieve pain, get into my chronic tight areas, relieve my chronic grinding of teeth and jaw clicking. I have more flexibility and capability from receiving Structural Integration work from Kana.
