This Clinic is not for everyone, but understanding how it works and how you can work it is very helpful. I am on the Oregon Health Plan, so was unable to find any doctors that were taking new patients on the Oregon Health Plan when I started with iridescent Wellness.
Randa Kucey is a NP, who more or less manages My Healthcare through referrals and appointments. Since hiring Kaedance, her office manager, communication and response times have vastly improved. I generally know what I need, and when I don't I set an appointment with Randa to begin a diagnosis and treatment plan. Sometimes this takes time, and I am referred to specialists, but it has proven fairly effective.
