Overall my experience with Rochelle was pretty amazing. In this first phase she worked her way through a variety of deferred maintenance like gutters and trimming shrubs near the roof to fixing tiles in the bathroom and finally putting in flooring, painting, putting in cabinet and shelf in my laundry room. I feel lucky to have finally found a person I can rely on. She's a good communicator and problem solver and does good work for a fair price. I have more projects lined up :)

Rochelle has been great! She is such a hard worker. We started with her pressure washing and ended up with her building a spare room in our garage. It's been a journey for sure!! She is responsive and thorough. We highly recommend !

Our trampoline blew over our neighbor's fence during a recent windstorm. We were able to get it back over to our yard, but it was bent up and the upper frame was in pieces. Rochelle and her Home Settings team were able to quickly repair it for me. She also quickly and neatly fixed up a baseboard in my living room that had just been badly chipped- it looks like new!! I am very impressed with their quick response time, their excellent customer service and the quality of their work. Rochelle even followed up with me several weeks later to ensure that everything was still looking good.
