We have been using Hi Tech for awhile now and are always satisfied with the end result. They've been able to squeeze in our cleanings before last minute trips, they opened up early to help my husband out in a pinch, and today while grabbing our laundry they even brought it out to my car since I had my son in his car seat with me. Would definitely recommend them :)

We dropped off my daughters prom dress on Weds evening, and they had it back to us by Friday evening. It looks amazing! When I called them on Weds to ask about cleaning the gown, I explained that the dress had been sprayed by a cat & asked if the odor would come out. They were very up front about it, telling me pros & cons of the different methods to deal with the smell & explaining the potential outcomes... everything from perfection to there may be no way to save the gown. In the end, I was very pleased! The dress looked great and the only odor I could detect was a light smell of the cleaner they used. I get my cleaning picked up on Mondays and they are always very helpful. I don't know about those other raters, as we have always had good, polite service. We chose them because they don't use all of those horrible toxic drycleaning fluids.
