We used Gooden and Harrison for our Manufactured Home install on a piece of undeveloped property. Overall, our experience was beyond my expectations. There were some speedbumps here and there and some timelines proved hard to keep but when it came down to it, they were very communicative and honest. Something that stuck out to me was when their sub-contractors came in at a lower cost (excavation and electrical) than expected on certain parts of the project they let me know about it rather than just pocket the difference like you see with a lot of other contractors out there. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work of Ryan and his crew. They demolished an old manufactured home on our lot, prepped the site for our new home, handled all the permitting with the county and made us a great covered patio. What an awesome group that provides quality work from start to finish. Super happy with everything!!

I would highly recommend Gooden-Harrison. They did the foundation for our manufactured home as well as a concrete back porch and front porch. Randy is amazing, I feel he went above and beyond in helping us out. Couldn't be happier with the finished product.
