Great customer service. I was originally shopping at a different optical business in Eugene. I ultimately ended up making my purchase at Eyes of The World because a specific employee at Eyes of The World was willing to do a little research on my behalf to find a specific frame. The employee at the other optical business was unwilling to do this. The Eyes of The World employee found the frame I wanted, and was very helpful.
