Eugene Networks provide excellent IT support. I have had quick and helpful service from them each time I have needed it. Special shout out to Dan Windheim for helping me fix my most recent issues.
Eugene Networks has been a complete delight for getting corporate projects launched AND COMPLETED! We recently replaced a main production server, and it was a complete non-event for our staff. It really has been great having an IT team that listens and makes quality suggestions for smoothing our processes. They get what so many these days forget: what service and support mean.
I am NOT tech-savvy!!! Every time I need tech support for my work phone or computer, Shane and Eugene Networks come to my rescue! :) There is no shame - only friendly, knowledgeable, available staff who efficiently solve my dilemmas and send me happily on my way. They are terrific people to work with, and I am eternally grateful for their tech support and service. I will eagerly give Shane and Eugene Networks a 5 star review!
