Zarzycki Construction recently fixed a hole in our roof, then repaired a wall and replaced a window that had been ruined by rain coming in. Our site manager, Dave Ackerman, was detail oriented and creative in his solutions to the problems he encountered. He kept us updated on the progress of the project and always told us who would be showing up and when they would be arriving. The sub-contractors Dave hired were polite, capable and also detail oriented. They all were pleasant to have around and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. After a recent home purchase we hired David and team to freshen and update our mid-century modern home. The entire experience was smooth, and David and his team were very communicative the entire time. Our project manager Caleb was on top of the work and always had a proposed solution when we uncovered a problem. Nate, was a true wood craftsman and all of the work looks beautiful. We have more work to do, and we will be calling David Zarzycki Construction to do the job.
We hired David & team to convert part of our garage into a guest suite, plus a bathroom remodel. They did an incredible job from start to finish; the end result is even better than what we had envisioned. Steven in particular was great to work with. Will definitely use them again.
