Working with the CrossCountry Mortgage team to purchase our first home was a dream come true. Danielle and her team are incredibly hard working, honest, reliable, and available. They provided step-by-step assistance throughout the process, from start to finish. They provided education, council and resources to help us become more informed and make the best decisions to help us achieve our goal of purchasing our dream home. They were encouraging when we hit bumps in the road and actively helped us problem-solve. They were willing and able to readily communicate with the various stakeholders involved in the process. Overall, they really just seemed like they were on our side. I never expected to develop such a positive, trusting relationship with my mortgage adviser, but Danielle and her team are unique. We plan to refer to them to everyone we meet.
