During the recent cold snap, my heat exchanger stopped working and we had to rely on the electric heat feature of the system. Had Commercial Air out and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem to be an improperly landed wire on the contactor that I had replaced. I was much relieved to learn that the system had NOT lost its charge of refrigerant. My heat exchanger was back up and running in less than 45 minutes.
The service man (Kyle) was very polite professional and efficient. He obviously knew his business.
