I was very happy with the staff. They were great. The Doctor was very helpful and took the time and understood the problems I was having.. He was a good listener and didn't rush me when I was having problems. He understood my TBI. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to improve my vision. Thank you to the whole staff at vision care.
I had a perfectly reasonable experience with this clinic. They take my vision insurance so my visit was incredibly cheap, the OD was efficient but friendly and professional. The lady who did my intake and pre-exam could have done well to warn me that one of the machines produces a searingly-painful flash of light directly into your eyes. Halfway through I was clearly in pain and all she said was, "oh, looks like you're sensitive". Yes, I guess I'm quite sensitive to blinding lights. As I imagine most humans are.
Dr. Leder was great. Loved that there were lots of appointment availability and I was able to schedule online quickly and easily. The front staff seemed...tired? But they were otherwise fine. Will definitely be back for my next annual exam.
