First off, hire Cascadia Construction & Plumbing. You won’t regret it.Bought a real dump of a house in a great area that needed full restoration including complete kitchen gut and overhaul, lots of new electrical, flooring, repositioning of windows with added French doors, replaced doors, restructuring of living room space, new tiled entryway and bringing back to life a large amount of original post and beam woodwork including large wood staircase.A lot of thought, time and patience was afforded by Cascadia to get the design and scope of project correct . We recently had a complete main bathroom remodel done by Cascadia Construction and plumbing. They were recommended by our designer Colin Kayser and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very start we were impressed with Austin and his attention to detail. We received a detailed bid and after signing the contract, a day by day timeline for completion of the project. Communication was outstanding with any questions or changes answered that day. Follow up was ongoing. The subs on our project were all excellent, courteous and on time.
