I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott from Appliance Pro to repair my 3-year-old dishwasher, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The repair was particularly challenging because a broken wine glass in the washer had caused pieces of glass to clog up the drain and damage the water pump. We had to replace the main board and fix each issue one step at a time. Despite these complications, Scott went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed properly. Absolutely top notch customer service. They’ve now fixed a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher for us, all with excellent results. All customer service organizations should work the way Appliance Pros does.
Scott showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher, discussed options and costs with us, and made recommendations.
