Residential customer for 2 years, I can't say enough good about Apex, they pick up auto oil in the red bin if it's in a sealed clean container, they have picked up everything from furniture, queen mattress, appliances, and more for very low fees when scheduled ahead, and communicating with customer service is a breeze, quick competent help, not sure why my neighbors in Santa Clara still use other services!
Service has been great since I moved here a few months ago ...Annie on the phone is great....but last week the guy who picks up the red glass bin had a meltdown in front of my home. I guess he doesn't realize that people have cameras. He emptied the bin, then threw it on the ground and used profanity loud enough for the camera to catch it. Nice way for neighbors to wake up. Not sure what that was all about. Will see if it happens again.
As a commercial customer of Apex, I really appreciate having a local contact that is always responsive and always works to resolve whatever issue is happening. I feel like my problems are heard and a resolution is offered without ever having to sit through a computerized phone tree. Chris is great to work with. It feels like he enjoys solving whatever issue is at hand. Thanks!
