Rob Elsen is a great and professional guy. He is just a great people person that doesn’t push too hard. Very thorough and is great answering questions when I ask about certain features. Would feel comfortable to have Rob and the Locke Building Crew build a shop.

I appreciate Michael McElroy and the Locke Team. Locke uses an efficient process to deliver Quality, Value, and Customer Satisfaction. Communication was excellent from our very first meeting. Design, Permitting, Site Prep, Material Deliveries, Construction, Invoicing, and Change Orders were all handled in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Every member of their experienced hard-working crew was pleasant (even during those cold windy days in February). Locke represents Integrity, Quality, and Value. They were easy to do business with, and I highly recommend them.

The PW group provided essential PM and construction labor support. The project had curve balls to deal with, mainly the permitting process and PW went above and beyond resolving this issue. PW was flexible with their job scope to allow for cost savings.
