I used Hereford’s to trim branches from a 100+ year old fir tree towering over my house. Right from the free quote I felt the quality of the organization. The field staff was professional, polite, hardworking and worked safely. They took extra care to protect my property. I will use them again and have no problem recommending them to others.
Requested a quote and Nathan arrived as scheduled and informed me of the process. I accepted the quote and scheduled the tree trimming. They sent a reminder email the Friday before. When it came to the day of service, nobody showed up so I called and no answer. Finally, I got a call back and found out the trouble, there was some personnel shifting, a flat tire and dead battery (fuse) to deal with. Once they arrived, the job was started manually without the dead battery equipment and they did an excellent job. We recently had two cedar trees removed, including a large Western red cedar near our shed, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Cleanup was excellent, and they left the property looking great.
