Tai has helped me on multiple occasions with Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE's), lymph drainage, my Access BARS, sounds baths, and moving stuck energy in my body. Heartbeat Wellness Center is truely a sanctuary of Healing. All of the practitionets are dedicated, heart centered and masterfull in their practice, offering individualized care and love to their clients.
