I had talked to Joe about locating a pipe leak in my septic system. He quoted me $140/hr n I set up an appt.. Meanwhile, I did my homework n actually found the location of the broken pipe myself. I figured I was making his job super easy. Then, today, 30 minutes before our appt., he informs me that he has a 3 hr. minimum. What a rip off!!!
