Just a shout out for the excellent service I received from Will and the shop staff at GK Machine. I have been in the nursey business for 40 years and have use several of their machines over the years where I've been employed. Today I needed help with a domestic installation problem of a kitchen sink faucet and Will came through having the shop cut out a donut washer for me to complete the job. Now we have a functional sink for our neighbor's birthday party. GK stepped up and got it done. Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service! I arrived at the showroom. My purchase order was ready to go. They sent me over to will call and my truck was loaded and I was out of there! Really easy. Quick! Nice employees!I would definitely purchase product from them again.

I was looking for someone to straighten a piece of square tubing from my boat lift. I called them and they said we're closing soon, but bring it right in and we'll see if we can straighten it for you. It took then 5 or 19 minutes and it was done! VERY nice people and good to know they are there.
