No one likes having to call a contractor to fix something broken, but if you need your well repaired, these are the folks to call. Lost water late at night, called first thing in the morning. They had a tech on his way within 30 minutes, once he arrived it took him 30-40 minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. Very fair pricing, amazingly fast service, professional staff. I won't call anyone else to take care of our well.
I cannot express how thankful we are for the excellent work and care that Jason and Issac did in replacing our water pump and refurbishing the well. We had a thick layer of iron and metal in our well. I would have to run the hose for 5 minutes to clean out the iron before filling the livestock trough! We had a filter on our water for the home, but not the barn. We were going through water filters like crazy! We used Steve's Pump years ago, but moved and used another company that was familiar with the well and water pump at our new home. Sadly the owner retired and handed it over to someone else... who doesn't return phone calls. This is where Steve's Pump came to the rescue - that very day! We ended up calling Steve's Pump Service this morning at 8am as soon as they opened after our pump quit putting out water the evening before. A few hours later we have a brand new pump, lines, pressure switch, all for a very reasonable price. We should never need to call them again, but if we do, they’ve got a customer for life.
