“love this place. big dog runs for every dog! in-floor heating in the winter and bedding changed out every day! off-leash walks, behavioral attention, and individualized care. what more could you ask for?

they were super accommodating of my chronically-ill, recovering-from-surgery puppy's high need level -- way moreso than the in-home rover sitter who had abandoned us a month earlier. Plus my older dog who loathes most boarding places LOVED nature's acres and never wanted to leave.

But what i appreciate most is that this place understands the trust you give them and wants to give you peace of mind in return. After a traumatic year where my puppy ended up passing away in the end, I never felt more safe away from her than when she was at nature's acres. They do a wonderful job and I know that my puppy was cared for and loved on the whole time she was here -- and now that she's gone, that means the entire world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you to your wonderful wonderful staff for giving her love while she was still earthside. you make more of a difference than you could possibly know“

“They are so good with my dogs, very nice staff. When we pull up for daycare the dogs go crazy with joy, and at the end of the day they are still happy and tired. When my one dog passed away, they were empathetic and sent me a card with very sweet messages written by different staff members. I’ve also boarded my dogs with them too which was great service. They go above and beyond to get know your dog and you as a customer. Highly recommend.“

“Super glad I chose this service, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with her through text or through phone calls. Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. I think she loved the socialization of being around other birds and apparently she even warmed up to Michelle after a few days. If you can win over a parrotlet, you’re a true “bird whisperer” ?
