Honestly, I do not know exactly how Pure Muscle Therapy works, I am certainly not the expert, but I was having extreme pain in my lower hips, almost debilitating. All I can say is, I am in shock and awe of this treatment, and how well it has worked, and how quickly the pain has subside. Nicole is knowledgeable, super kind, patient, answers all your questions, and is phenomenal at what she does, she has a heart for this work, and for healing! Highly highly highly recommend.
I have tried every mode of pain relief and detoxification from acupuncture, to chiropractic work, to deep tissue massages monthly. Visit 1 with Nicole has been extremely successful and healing for me already! My spine instantly feels better as well as my posture. I made sure to rebook and will be a life long patient of hers. Have had tight hips and pelvis issues for over 10 years. Ran the gamut and tried treatment almost everywhere, chiropractic, massage, yoga, everything. None of those things ever improved my issue. 1 hour with Nicole and i literally had actual flexibility in my right hip/leg/pelvis. I almost cried because it was such a relief.
