Had an appointment scheduled for 12:40 pm. The business was closed till 1:00 pm. When we finally got in the Receptionist was standoff ish with no apology for our scheduled time. This dentist office needs to learn how to treat its customers.

I was told in January of 2020 that it'd be 9 months before they could get me in to fix a chipped front tooth. This was BEFORE the pandemic hit. September of 2020 comes, and the day of the appointment they call me to reschedule because the dentist is out sick.Then they tell me he won't be back for three months, and they schedule me for June of 2021. They told me on the phone that they would get me in sooner, it was just a precaution, and they'd call me before January. They never did.I attempted to call them in January, as I was becoming concerned about my tooth, and they told me my records showed it should be fine, and they'd try to get me in as soon as possible.June finally...read full review

Do not go here!This place should just close permanently.Not only has My daughter shown up for her appointments just to find out they have canceled it without letting us know but I have been told my dental work would be covered by my insurance and after getting the work done they tell me I have to pay for it because it’s not covered by my insurance. What the heck, does anyone one there even know what they are talking about?!This has happened more then once. It’s so unprofessional and annoying.
